EM Strasbourg invited to an EQUIS Peer Visit at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics

Dr. Mac Gabhann, Associate Dean of International Relations, was invited to Chengdu, China to present the strategic partnership between EM Strasbourg and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) during an EQUIS Peer Review visit.

Anja Busch, International Accreditations Officer explains that “EQUIS is an institutional quality label that emphasises the internationalisation, ERS (Ethics, Responsibility, Sustainability) and corporate connections of a business school.
Peer Review visits take 2.5 days during which different internal and external stakeholders are invited to support the quality review and explain the internal functioning and diverse external relations of the institution to a team made up of peers from academia and business, the Peer Review Team.
Depending on the institution’s results, EQUIS accreditation can be awarded either for 3 or 5 years by the EQUIS Accreditation Board”.

Many Business Schools desire to obtain this prestigious accreditation which aims “to raise the standard of management education worldwide ”. EM Strasbourg was honoured to be invited by SWUFE and be part of its EQUIS audit. We wish SWUFE every success for the final results.
