Kevin Mac Gabhann Newly Appointed Director for International Relations at EM Strasbourg Business School

The new Director for International Relations, a researcher in Intercultural Management, takes over from Ludwig Kreitz. His overarching objective is to strengthen the School's ties with its international partners.
Taking over from Ludwig Kreitz, Kevin Mac Gabhann is now heading the International Relations Office at EM Strasbourg Business School. Building on his extensive international track record, the new director, an Irishman and a researcher in Intercultural Management, is eager to expand and further bolster the relations between the School and its broad partner network across the world.
Aged 42, Kevin Mac Gabhann was born and raised in Dublin. A genuine globe-trotter, he has lived, studied and worked in Ireland, the United States, Japan and France. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Strasbourg and a Master's degree in International Business from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business (University College Dublin).
Since he settled down in Strasbourg in 2000, Kevin Mac Gabhann has successively worked with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Institut supérieur européen de gestion (Iseg Higher European Institute of Management), the National School of Administration (ENA) as well as with EM Strasbourg Business School since 2006. He is currently an Associate Professor attached to EM Strasbourg Business School. His research interest focuses on international management of human resources, intercultural management, intercultural training and diversity management. In order to prepare for his duties as Director for International Relations, Kevin Mac Gabhann regularly represented the School in the USA, Mexico, Ireland and Italy. He also ran the first study group on South Africa in collaboration with the CCI.
